IRA's 2015 Conference
Call for Proposals Starting June 12, 2014, you'll be able to submit your proposal for the International Reading Association's 60th Annual Conference, "Transforming Lives Through Literacy." The proposal submission deadline is July 14, 2014.

PRTE's 2015 Annual Session
SIGs will be receiving information regarding their proposal process for session times and formats from IRA in the next couple of weeks. PRTE Welcomes New Officers
Congratulations to your two new officers for the 2014-2016 term. Our new SIG Chair is Estanislado "Stan" Barrera IV, Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. Our new Program Chair is Tiana McCoy Pearce from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Both officers were installed at the 2014 annual session in New Orleans, LA.
